A comforting space for compassionate care
Our caring and attentive staff will welcome you as soon as your enter our office, ensuring your needs are met prior to your doctor’s visit. We encourage your to fill out all of your intake forms, which will be sent to you prior to your visit. However, kiosk check-in is also an option on your arrival, though we ask that you come early if that is the case.
We utilize and implement the latest technology in your surgical care, as well as in the office, to streamline your visit as much as possible. You will have a voice in your care, and you and Dr. Le will come up with a plan TOGETHER.

Our office is conveniently located in central Fort Collins in an easy-to-access office park with ample parking. Handicap access is readily available, and our comforting environment can help ease the anxiety of a doctor’s visit.
